Our first beer brings together
two of Australia’s biggest icons:

Protecting its namesake, Great Barrier Beer will give at least 50% of profits to the Australian Marine Conservation Society. The Australian Marine Conservation Society has a proud 50 year history of protecting the Great Barrier Reef. It was responsible for it’s marine park status and world heritage listing and is at the forefront of efforts to protect the reef for future generations.

Brewed at the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef in Bundaberg by Bargara Brewing Company. The Queensland craft brewers owners and brewers are committed to using the best ingredients to produce the best beers, and take an environmentally friendly approach to brewing.

“Bright gold in appearance, with a medium white head and good clarity makes this beer appealing on the eye. Pale malt aroma with a hint of tropical fruit. The palate is clean and carries good residual malt sweetness. A mild, lightly dry finish adds to the beer’s refreshment.”
Beer and Brewer craft beer magazine, September 2016

Great Barrier beer is an easy drinking, quality craft beer.
It’s our message in a bottle.

In the UK, we’ve been proud to be part of the Great Get Together Pale Ale.

In aid of the Jo Cox Foundation, the beer has been brewed to help people across the UK enjoy Great Get Togethers with family, friends, colleagues, neighbours and their local community.
